Our Process
One of the keys to our success is sticking to a tried-and-true framework for every project. This doesn’t make us rigid - we adapt it to each unique remodel! It simply ensures that every project goes as smoothly as possible and that we don’t overlook or forget anything important.
The first phase of our process is all about planning. During this phase, we sit down with you and discuss your scope and budget. Once we can bring these two into agreement, we can begin the design process. We always encourage you to bring your ideas - it is
your dream bathroom or kitchen, after all! We will take your ideas and mold them into a design that is practical, feasible, and within your budget.
With an approved design in hand, it is time to start scheduling, purchasing, and preparing your space. Our schedulers will work with you to make our work as unobtrusive and easy to live with as possible, but please remember that we are working in a space that you probably use multiple times a day. Though we try to minimize it as much as possible, there will be some inconvenience involved!
While demolition must always precede installation, we leave as little time as possible between the two. If we are remodeling your entire bathroom, we will not tear your shower out then leave you without a shower for several days while we work on the floor tile. We will remove and replace the shower, then move on to the next item or area. We will also stay in constant communication with you regarding our progress, our next steps, and any concerns that arise (on our end or yours).
After a few days (or more, depending on the scope of the project), we will arrive at our final step: showing you the results of our work! While we hope you will instantly fall in love with your renovated space, we understand that sometimes things go wrong.
